Every modern ISO standard shares the same Annex SL high-level structure — identical clauses for context, leadership, planning, support, operation, evaluation and improvement. Only the technical requirements differ.
That means a QHSE organisation running ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 needs one context analysis, one document control system, one internal audit programme and one management review — not three of each.
- Single set of core procedures across all certified standards
- One internal audit team, trained once, auditing everything
- Combined certification audit with materially fewer audit days
- One surveillance calendar instead of three overlapping ones

A certificate is only worth its accreditation
Non-accredited certificates are cheap, fast and routinely rejected in tenders and enterprise onboarding. We only work with NABCB and IAF MLA accredited certification bodies.
ISO certification — FAQ
One management system that satisfies several standards at the same time — a single context analysis, policy framework, document control system, internal audit programme and management review, with only standard-specific elements kept separate. It usually cuts implementation and audit cost by 30–40%.
Check that the certification body is accredited by a recognised accreditation body such as NABCB, and that its accreditation scope covers your standard and sector. We verify this before you sign, and we can validate an existing certificate for you free of charge.
Three years, with surveillance audits in years one and two and a full recertification audit in year three. Certificates can be suspended or withdrawn if surveillance audits are missed or major non-conformities remain unclosed.
No. ISO/IEC 17021-1 prohibits a body from consulting and certifying the same client. Any organisation offering both is either unaccredited or in breach of its accreditation. We prepare you; an independent accredited body certifies you.
Usually the one a customer or tender is asking for. Where there is no external driver, ISO 9001 is the most common foundation for operational businesses and ISO 27001 for technology businesses — both make adding further standards substantially cheaper.
